How do you prepare for the jobs of tomorrow today?
Join the UMBC Career Center, Employers and Alumni to discuss a day in the life of working virtually at their organizations. They will share tools, describe the ideal home set up to get work completed, how to manage work life balance and onboarding new team members. They will also discuss how to build culture and manage conflict when working remotely.
